Bathroom Factory Warehouse - Showroom

I placed an order at the start of October, was told maximum 4-6 weeks, it’s now Christmas and I still haven’t received it, absolutely no contact from them whatsoever, I’ve had to call every time to then be told it will be a few more weeks, I’ve actually found out now that when I purchased it it was actually out of stock and I wasn’t advised. This was purchased directly from the warehouse and not online. I’ve been left now with an unfinished bathroom over Christmas that should of been completed 6 weeks ago, very un professional

Do not purchase from this business, they will scam you! My contractor for my bathroom renovation visited Bathroom Factory Warehouse and purchased a bathroom package from them. The next day he went back to get a refund as they did not have stock and we decided to purchase from another retailer. I had to chase up this refund for it to be processed by calling. Bathroom Factory Warehouse said they would process the refund and that the money would be returned to the bank account in approximately 10 business days. After 2 weeks of the refund not being returned, I called them again. They continued to say that it would be processed soon and that it would be an issue with the bank holding the money. My contractor contacted his bank and was told that they had no information on a refund being processed into his account. I had to call Bathroom Factory Warehouse numerous times and ask them to show proof that their accounting team had actually processed the refund and for a record of where this refund was processed to. Every time I called I was told that they would chase this up with their accounting team and get them to contact me. They never contacted me back nor did they respond to my emails. My contractor only received the refund after New Years when the original purchase was made in November 2023. The refund was only processed after I made an official complaint to Fair Trading. Do not purchase from this company!!! I wish I had read reviews beforehand to avoid all of this. You can see multiple 1 star reviews with other customers experiencing something similar. This company will happily take your money and not return it even if you did not receive any merchandise. Anyone reading this and looking for bathroom wares, I suggest Acqua Bathrooms as this is who we went with instead and they actually delivered the products promised at a reasonable price and on time. Do not waste your time with Bathroom Factory Warehouse.

Totally and utterly appalling quality and service. I purchased a number of items from BFW to renovate 2 x bathrooms. Firstly, I was informed that the items I wanted were in stock and could be delivered. That was a lie and misleading to get me to make payment. Subsequently the truth unfolded and my some of the items had 8 week lead time. That wasn’t where the main issues presented as I was provided with alternatives in order to meet deadline, at further expense. However, upon my bathroom builder opening the box for our 1.5m vanity it was evident that it was faulty and there was a significant break at the back of the vanity. It was also evident that someone had attempted to repair the damage before packing it and sending it to me as old glue stains were left around and on the break. I immediately informed BFW of this and several days later I was offered $100 in compensation. I explained that was insufficient given the whole vanity was faulty given there was evidence of someone having tried to glue the vanity back together before it arrived in my possession. BFW they requested further evidence of that to which I provided. I have now followed up for 2 months since my initial complaint and I have not had one response since that call nor have I had any refund. Furthermore there were cracks in the side of the vanity that we requested someone attend to repair. No response was received whatsoever. I will be seeking damages and engaging a solicitor and also reporting the matter to Fair Trading. Do not use this company. Buy your bathroom items elsewhere. It is disgraceful not to get a response from a company when their items are at fault.

Very happy to help and take my money That was my first mistake paying Waited the 4 weeks for all items and every time I called a different item was missing In the end they could not supply toilet which I am still waiting a refund for 8 weeks later which will turn into 12 weeks as they are now closed until the 16th Jan Do yourself a favour don’t shop there

My company is a supplier to Bathroom Factory Warehouse. I am currently owed thousands of dollars. There is no dispute over the invoices, no response has been received from them at all. Depending on the warranty conditions of the product you purchase, you may have no warranty. BFW, I'll happily take this down if you pay your bill.
